ABOUT ME

My names Cortez, a lot of people call me Turtle i used to always like Teenage mutant ninja turtles and the names just stuck wit me. Im 20 years old I was born in Detroit, Mi and at a young age I always had a passion to move to music. At the age of 5 the combination of music and dance was like heaven my parents used to always say i was dancing everytime the radio came on. Just watching people like Micheal Jackson and Usher I knew that i could only get better and by the age of 10 choreography was easy for me I could watch a movie or a music video, watch the steps and memorize and repeat them again and I started freestyling to music and giving little tweeks to routines I already knew. Jittin is a big thing in Detroit and I did that too also while popping and freestyling. When I got to High school I made it known that I was a dancer. I got 2 choreograph my first routine to a megamix of songs and I was proud of myself, We threw down at that talent show. Now Im working on my breaking and Im only gettin better. You have people like Chris Brown and Omarion who are amazing dancers and I feel like im gettin better as days go by, I practice everyday and One day i would love to be an Official choreographer and do music videos but I really want to star in movies like Step Up& Step Up 2, You got served. I also want to travel and battle people from other countries, dancing is what i do and what i do is Dance.
